So you’re scheduled for a shoot and you’re wondering which look to go for in front of the camera. If you are like most women though, finding out what to wear and how to do your makeup is a challenge. After all – with so many styles, it can be difficult to determine what to choose. Fortunately, here are five styles that you can do quickly and that are perfect for your big shoot.
The Sexy Cat Eye
Cat eyes are all the rage. They are an attractive look because they give your eyes a deeper and more mysterious appearance. To make cat eyes, all you need is some neutral eye shadow and a thin applicator for eye liner. Once you have these items and you’ve washed your face, you can start applying the neutral eye shadow. If you want to add colored eye shadow that is fine too.
The most important step is adding the eyeliner. After you have closed your eyes, draw a thin line from the start of your lashes and out toward the end. Then, start filling in the line as you draw out to complete the look.
Bronze Smokey Eye
This look works well for any type of skin tone. Here, you need two different shades of bronze eye shadow – one lighter and one darker. After you’ve added the base, you add the darker shadow to your lid area and the lower lash line. Next, take the lighter shadow and smooth it out up to your brown line. You should have a dichotomy between the dark and light shadow. To top it off, don’t forget mascara.
Tea Liner Tropical
For colored eyes, this look is magnificent. Here, add bronze or neutral shades to your upper eye lid and a heavy mascara. The tropical liner goes on the bottom lid and extends from the inner corner to the outer edge. You should highlight the inner corner of your eye too. Also, to finish the look, make sure that your eyebrows are penciled in and solid.
You really cannot go wrong with shimmery eyes. All you need here is a shimmery eye shadow that matches your skin tone and eye color, heavy eye liner, and quality mascara. After adding the shimmery shadow to your eyes, you can then draw in the eye liner and do the mascara. The end result is a sexy and seductive look.
Finally, if you love really smokes eyes, then this is the look for you. Here, you need a strong base to keep the shadow on. Once you’ve added the base, you can start drawing the grey shadow and liner in on the top and bottom of your eye. If you have deep set eyes though, this look may be too much.
Overall, with this look and those above, you’ll always have options that will give you fantastic images.
